Head chef, Russell, returns for his 16th year with CNN.  Russell brings over 20 years of experience in food preparation, ordering and kitchen management.  Russell enjoys attending culinary lectures and food shows regularly.  He is looking forward to creating locally-sourced healthy and nutritious meals for our campers.

Head chef, Calvin, is excited to return for his second year at CNN.  Calvin brings over ten years of culinary training and experience to his role as chef. Calvin has tremendous experience as lead chef, including 4 years as Head Chef for two inner city schools in Missouri.  Calvin was responsible for both the nutritious meals provided to over 100K students as well as the educational programs for the schools.
