Your Day at Camp Nashoba North
Our days at Nashoba North are full of excitement and new adventures. After we wake up, we meet up as a community for flag raising before breakfast. Then, the majority of a typical day is devoted to five activity periods (with lunch and dinner of course!). As a camper, you will have the freedom to choose the activities you want to attend every week. Our staff will help you out during sign ups-- and since you get to choose your activities, you'll be spending your days doing things that you think are interesting and fun!
Some days may feature great special activities like our 4th of July Fair or our water carnival.
During meal times you can enjoy the company of the camp community and your cabin mates over fantastic food. Meals in our dining hall -- called Plummer Hall -- also provide a lot of entertainment, as special guests are always dropping by. Late afternoons provide the opportunity to relax and spend free time with fellow campers, play tetherball, gaga ball, or cool off with a dip in the lake during free swim.
After dinner, our evening programs are always a blast. They can be anything from cooking s’mores with your cabin, a camp-wide counselor hunt, Nashoba North’s annual “Nashobapalooza Rock Concert”, a lip synch extravaganza, trivia night, game of Clue and more. Arts Night is a real highlight, where campers of all ages can perform for the community. As the sun sets over Crescent Lake, we wind down the evening and rest up for another wonderful day at Camp Nashoba North.
You will be choosing your activities on a weekly basis. Here is what a filled out schedule looks like:
